Update on the dash lights

So it turns out the disabled cruise control and illuminated Traction and ABS lights on my Impreza were caused by the 3rd brake light being burnt out. Why this is the preferred way to notify the driver I have no idea. Maybe try a dash light that says “ Lamp” or something?

Its just like your spouse letting you k now they are upset with you for not taking out the trash by wanting to move.

Y’know the cluster they use in the middle to show door-open lights? Imagine if that had little bulbs stuck in it which lit up or shut off based on the actual status of your lights.

That’s pretty unlikely. A bad brake light switch is common cause
